We are pleased to announce the latest set of improvements and fixes included in the Bella release. These updates aim to enhance platform stability, improve clarity in user workflows, and resolve key usability issues.
Platform Fixes and Enhancements
Date Picker Correction
Resolved an issue where the date picker was defaulting to a previous date for users in the United States.
Attendance Record Saving
Fixed a bug that prevented some attendance records from being saved after marking attendance.
Email Delivery for Companies Without an Address
Addressed a problem that prevented email sending for companies that did not have a registered address on file.
Pricing Scheme Reset
Corrected an issue where switching between pricing schemes failed to reset all related fields. Fields are now properly reset upon switching schemes.
Mid-Season Enrollment Transactions
Fixed a bug that caused mid-season enrollments to generate transactions for prior months incorrectly. This behavior has been corrected.
Registration Fee Visibility
The registration fee will no longer appear in the Family Portal, at checkout, or during tuition generation if it is set to zero.
User Permissions and Staff Management
Staff Invitation Option Temporarily Disabled
The staff invitation functionality has been temporarily removed as we continue refining staff permission settings.
Flexible Staff Role Assignments
Users can now assign a broader range of staff roles. The “Owner” role is no longer the only available option.
Class and Pricing Improvements
Class Editing with Uploaded Images
Fixed an issue that prevented users from editing class details once an image had been uploaded.
Improved Clarity for “Price per Class” Scheme
When using the “Price per Class” pricing scheme, the interface now displays the rate as “Price per Month” in class creation and detail views, improving clarity for administrators. Previously, it was labeled simply as “Price.”
Interface and Display Fixes
Select Component Behavior
Resolved an issue where selected items in dropdown menus were being moved to the top of the list. Items now remain in their original order.
Auto Payment Status Indicator
Auto payments are now clearly marked as “Pending.” This update includes a revised icon and additional explanatory text to provide greater visibility.
Upcoming Payment Reminder Email
The “Upcoming Payment Reminder” email template has been corrected to ensure all displayed information is accurate and clearly formatted.
