The Florence release delivers enhancements that improve user control, streamline registration workflows, integrate key data systems, and refine platform usability. This update also introduces additional permissions and interface improvements to support a more consistent user experience.
Key Updates
Welcome Email Management
The automated welcome email triggered upon company registration has been disabled on the CM platform side. All welcome communications will now be fully managed through HubSpot, allowing for more customized and centralized email handling.
Card Saving and Management Enhancements
Payment cards are no longer saved by default when a customer makes a payment.
To save a card, customers must now explicitly add it to their list of saved cards.
Users can also delete saved cards, offering greater control over their payment methods.
Registration Form Data Integration
All data collected via the company registration form is now sent directly to HubSpot, improving lead tracking, CRM alignment, and data management workflows.
US and Canada User Redirection
New users located in the United States or Canada who access the legacy CM landing page will now be automatically redirected to the updated CM platform.
Usability and Navigation Improvements
Simplified Forms
The “Advanced Section” has been removed from the class creation and student forms. All fields are now presented in a single, consolidated list for improved usability and easier navigation.
Trial Settings Relocation
In response to user feedback, trial settings have been moved to a more intuitive location:
Class Planner → Trial Page
This update makes trial configuration easier to locate and manage.
Improved New Company Registration Flow
When an existing user registers a new company, the system now displays a notification banner to clarify that the new company will be added to their existing list of companies.

New permissions have been added to further refine role-based access. The following pages now have dedicated permission controls:

User Interface Fixes
Terms and Privacy Policy Display
Resolved a display issue in which the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy were shown multiple times on small screens. These elements now appear only once across all devices and viewports.
