The Lucinda release introduces significant enhancements to our enrolment flexibility, billing infrastructure, and pricing options. These changes are designed to improve the experience for both companies and families by offering more adaptable payment plans, simplifying order generation, and expanding how class pricing can be configured and displayed. Please find a summary of the key updates below.
Weekly and Fortnightly Instalments
New instalment options are now available when creating a season: weekly and fortnightly, in addition to the existing monthly and upfront options.
These can also be selected during manual enrolment by staff or owners.
Note: Class pricing must still be set by month. (This has now been updated in the update featured at the bottom of this post.)
Enrolment Fixes
Manual enrolments now support selection of instalment plan (upfront, monthly, fortnightly, or weekly).
Previously, the system defaulted to upfront payments.
Billing Improvements
Simplified orders: Instead of creating a new order for each instalment, the system now generates one order per season or term.
Reliable automated billing: Orders and payment schedules are now created automatically at the time of enrolment, reducing billing errors.
Payment schedule visibility: Each order includes a detailed breakdown of instalments and their due dates.
For existing enrolments, a consolidated order has been generated from the next billing cycle onward. Users will be notified by email.
Sign-Up Enhancements
Companies must now select their country during sign-up to ensure correct Stripe configuration.
After sign-up, users are redirected to a thank you page for tracking purposes.

Per Lesson / Per Season Pricing Options
Users now have three flexible pricing options when creating a season:
Per lesson – Set a price per class; the system calculates the total based on the number of lessons.
Per month – Set a monthly price; total is calculated based on the number of months.
Per season/term – Set a single amount for the entire term.
Family Portal and Checkout Updates
The class list and checkout pages now display pricing in line with the selected model (lesson/month/season), providing families with clearer payment information.
Bug Fixes
Resolved an issue that was preventing some users from opening class detail pages.
